Lanx Lancis is a legal practice launched on May 1, 2004 with a mission to offer comprehensive solutions to its clients in the changing landscape of the BVI financial services industry and is an affiliate of the MWM Global Holdings Limited group of companies.

Initially conceptualized as a boutique law firm providing select legal services to the offshore financial services sector, Lanx Lancis, as an affiliate of the MWM Group of Companies  (Abacus Trust and Management Services Limited, Meade Malone & Co., MWM Financial Services Group Limited, MWM Corporate Services Limited, MWM Services Limited and MWM Insurance Limited), evolved into a broad-based practice covering areas of trust, company,  investment funds, taxation, corporate restructuring, insolvency, labour and employment law.

The Lanx Lancis client base has steadily grown since its inception and as it positions itself for further inevitable growth, the firm has further expanded the services which it offers into a general corporate-commercial practice offering services to select local clients.

A new phase in our history has thus begun.
